Medical

GMR offers four different plan options, allowing you to select the right option for you and your family. Our plans cover the full cost of preventive services and include in-network prescription drug coverage.

Our high-deductible plans allow you to open and contribute to a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA). We also offer Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), allowing you to set aside tax-free dollars for certain expenses.

Retirement

We offer eligible employees a 401(k) retirement plan and a company match of 50% of your contributions, up to 8% of your compensation.

We also offer a deferred compensation plan and match for certain employees who face 401(k) contribution limitations due to higher income levels. We also provide financial counseling through our Employee Assistance Program and retirement plan vendor.

Vision

Our two vision plan options cover exams, lenses and frames, and contacts instead of eyewear.

AirMedCare Network

As part of your benefits as a GMR employee, you and your family (defined as any dependents residing in your home) are covered by AirMedCare Network. AMCN is America’s largest air medical membership network, providing financial coverage for emergency air medical transport.

Even with medical insurance, air medical transport can result in significant out-of-pocket expenses, however, an AMCN membership ensures no out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary flights if flown by an AirMedCare Network provider. AMCN has you covered!

Telemedicine

GMR provides a telemedicine benefit through Teladoc for our employees and their dependents. Teladoc offers convenient phone and video care for many medical conditions for a low, fixed copay.

Dental

We offer two dental plans, including a plan that covers orthodontics.

Survivor Benefits

GMR provides company-paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. In addition, we offer an option to buy additional coverage for you, your spouse, and your children at affordable rates.

Income Protection

We offer company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance to protect a portion of your income in case of disability or extended illness.

Voluntary Benefit Options

We offer a variety of other optional benefits including financial wellness services, legal coverage, identity theft protection, and more.

Earn While You Learn

Our AMBY award-winning program, Earn While You Learn (EWYL), offers passionate individuals a career path in Emergency Medical Services (EMS)! We provide candidates with the education, training, and tools needed to become a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) as a stepping stone to their future career in EMS.

This opportunity is free of charge and academy students will be compensated a training wage while attending the EMT Academy. After successful completion of the program, candidates who obtain their EMT Certification will be promoted to EMT-B while receiving a commensurate pay increase and comprehensive benefits package.

GMR Okta – GMR Employee Portal

GMR Okta is an online portal for Global Medical Response employees. This portal provides employees with access to various resources, tools, and information related to their employment. It is designed to streamline administrative tasks and give employees easy access to essential information.

GMR Okta portal provides a consistent, user-friendly online portal for GMR employees to make requests, manage requests, and track request status. The portal Provides a centralized platform for accessing employment-related information, reducing the need to navigate multiple systems or contact HR for routine inquiries.

  • Go to the GMR Okta Login page
  • Enter your username and password, and then select Sign-in.
  • Enter your alias in the username field. For example, if your username is jsmith@mycompany.com, just enter jsmith.
  • After you enter your username, your security image is displayed automatically if you have previously completed a successful login in the browser you are using. This feature requires browser cookies.

However, if you have forgotten your GMR Okta Username/Password or your account is locked, you can reset your password or retrieve your Username through the portal. If you feel that someone else is using your account, you need to reset your password immediately. Here’s how;

  • Go to the GMR Okta portal
  • Under Username and Password, click Need help to sign in?
  • Click on “Forgot password? or Unlock account?
  • Select to reset via email, SMS, or Voice Call
  • Click on continue and follow the onscreen instructions to retrieve your account password.
